Shimeji Mushrooms with Prosciutto Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 150g Woolworths Shimeji mushrooms
  • 100g Prosciutto (Approximately 12 strips)
  • Homebrand Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  • 1. Cut Shimeji down through the flowering body to form smaller versions of the whole…approximately 5 cms at the base .
  • 2. Wrap the bottom of each with a little strip of prosciutto. If necessary, use a toothpick to hold it all together.
  • 3. Place on a baking tray
  • 4. Brush exposed Shimeji lightly with Homebrand Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Bake at 200 deg C until browned, about 10-13 minutes.
