Who doesn’t love grilling mushrooms? Before we head to our recipe, lets know first the types of mushrooms that you can use.

Shiitake Mushrooms – It is their rich, smoky flavor that made the Shiitake Mushrooms become popular in the Western countries. They contain lentinan, an anti-tumor substance. They’ re rich in antioxidant too!
Portabello Mushroom  – This type of mushroom is loved by many consumers for their meaty flavor.  One Portobello mushroom has about 30 calories and has no cholesterol or fat.
Oyster Mushroom – Oyster mushrooms are known to the mushroom lover because they taste, smell and look almost the same as oysters.
King Oyster Mushrooms – These mushrooms remain firm when cooked and have that sweet and woodsy tastes. When grilled, they “brown” beautifully
