Ingredients

  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp of sugar
  • 2 chilis, julliene
  • 200g of Woolworths Black Fungi (wood or Mushrooms, torn into bite size pieces)
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 4 tbsp of chopped coriander
  • Juice from 2 limes
  • 2 tsp of soy sauce

Instructions

  • 1. Saute black fungi in a little oil for about three minutes or until tendered.
  • 2. To make a dressing, mix lime juice, soy sauce, garlic chili and sugar. See to it that the sugar is completely dissolved
  • 3. Toss dressing with cooked mushrooms along with spring onions and coriander
